A great intro to Pilates matwork, you’ll start with the fundamentals and progressively add on the more challenging moves. Kristin McGee’s instruction is exceptionally clear and detailed. She seems to know exactly what problems you’re having (and exactly how to resolve them — using non-technical, easy-to-understand cuing). The first two segments are core-focused and beginner-level; they teach breathing and control while demonstrating all the Pilates basics. The second sections are begin/inter-level; they include some more advanced, lower-body exercises. All the segments can be programmed to play in any order so you can design your own workout.
