Ab-specific yoga moves taught in a totally non-mystical, non-intimidating style. It’s designed to reshape your mid-section while teaching you classic yoga postures (e.g. downward dog, cobra, warrior). You get three segments. The first targets just the front of your belly (the rectus abdominus or “six pack”). The second sequence adds movements that also engage your obliques (“love handles”). The third series incorporates fast-moving, Pilates-style exercises that work your entire core. Each routine is demonstrated at three levels, so it’s easy to find the best level for you (e.g. with a chair, with a strap or with no props at all).
